Refund Policy

1. Overview
This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for iBooker.online subscriptions. By subscribing, you agree to this Policy together with our Terms of Service. iBooker.online is operated by Antreprenor Independent · IAROSLAV IASINSKI (IDNO: 1026023037338).
2. Free Trial — Your Risk-Free Window
Every project starts with a 7-day free trial. No payment is taken during the trial — this is your opportunity to fully evaluate the Service before being charged. You can cancel at any time during the trial and you will not be billed. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription begins and the first payment is charged.
3. Subscriptions and Billing
Subscriptions are billed per project via Polar, either monthly or annually, at the rates published on ibooker.online. By subscribing, you authorize Polar to charge the recurring fee until you cancel. iBooker.online is a digital service made available to you immediately upon payment.
4. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account billing page. When you cancel:
- you will not be charged again;
- you keep full access until the end of your current paid billing period;
- your subscription then ends automatically.
5. General No-Refund Rule
Because iBooker.online is a digital service delivered immediately and continuously, payments are generally non-refundable, including:
- partial or unused portions of a monthly or annual period after cancellation;
- periods during which your account was active but you did not use the Service;
- charges incurred because you did not cancel before the trial ended or before a renewal date.
6. Goodwill Refunds
We want you to be satisfied. Even though payments are non-refundable by default, we review refund requests fairly and may, at our sole discretion, issue a full or partial refund — for example if:
- you were charged right after the trial, you contact us within 7 days, and you have not actively used the Service in that period; or
- a clear technical fault on our side prevented you from using the Service and we were unable to resolve it.
Goodwill refunds are granted on a case-by-case basis and do not create any obligation or precedent for future requests.
7. How to Request a Refund
Email team@ibooker.online from your account email address, with your project name and the reason for the request. We respond within 30 days. Approved refunds are returned through Polar to the original payment method.
8. Chargebacks and Disputes
All payments are processed by Polar (our Merchant of Record) and are subject to Polar's terms. Please contact us first — opening a dispute or chargeback before contacting us may result in suspension of your account. We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of abuse, fraud, or repeated refund requests.
9. Price Changes & Statutory Rights
Price changes are announced at least 14 days in advance. Nothing in this Policy limits any non-waivable statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer law (for example, a mandatory withdrawal right); where such rights apply, they prevail over this Policy.
